Christmas Shopping in Leeds

Last weekend, we went en mass to Leeds to do some Christmas Shopping.
We stayed at the Leeds Mariott, a super-duper hotel in the city centre and had a great time.
As is traditional, Clare and me didn't manage to do much Christmas Shopping.
It was our first hotel stay with Abigail, and she was as good as gold.


On Saturday, we went Christmas Shopping, but Abigail was having none of it. Clare and me had a brew in this smart mini-mall near Harvey Nichols and tried to settle Abigail with the nice fountains. It didn't work, so instead, we retreated back to the hotel and decided to go for a swim instead.


Sadly, it is no longer politically correct to take poolside photos, even if you are the only people in the pool. Undeterred, Mum was able to take a couple of photos in the pool before being chased off by the staff. Abi was clearly not bothered about being papped.


The Mariott had a great lobby, perfect for mucking about.
