Friday Night - Flying Ryan Air out of Liverpool
After a swift pint at The Dunes and a small amount of suitcase mocking, we were whisked off to Liverpool's John Lennon airport. We picked up Simmy and Uncle Mike en route. Which was nice.
I knew John Lennon was a great man, but I had no idea he was so tall!
Saturday - The City Tour Bus
With an absolutely fantastic tour guide.
Saturday - The Guiness Store House
There was a mighty queue and it was bloody freezing. This gave plenty of opportunities to huddle together for warmth and take the obligatory foot shot.
Saturday - The Guiness Gravity Bar
At the end of the Guiness Tour, you get to enjoy a pint of Guiness in their roof top bar with a 360 degree view of Dublin. Probably the best bar in the world - oops, sorry, wrong beer.
Gift Shop!
"Only me!"
Saturday - Fitzgeralds, Aston Quay
After the educational Guiness Tour we went to sample some of the product. We were able to conduct our very own Pepsi challenge on Dave by substituting his Guiness with Girly Guiness aka Brew 39. We also invented a new game which was a combination of Kerplunk, Buck-a-roo and Jenga involving packets of sauce. You can clearly see Andy and me discussing the rules and checking the sauces before the game started.
Saturday - Dinner at The Old Mill
Time to eat, and the biggest mystery about The Old Mill was: was it French, Morrocan or somthing else? Lets look at the clues...
Sunday - The Jameson's Distillerey
A very educational tour. Did you know that the Irish spell whiskey with the 'e'? Dave was selected for whiskey tasting and chose Jamesons as his personal favourite and therefore qualified as an expert whiskey taster!
Sunday - The Brazen Head, Lower Bridge Steet - Dublin's Oldest Pub
A pub has stood here since 1198 and has the only bear garden in Dublin (allegedly)
According to Mr Riley, this pub also does the best curry in the world.
Sunday Night - Flying Home
After a swift pint at The Dunes and a small amount of suitcase mocking, we were whisked off to Liverpool's John Lennon airport. We picked up Simmy and Uncle Mike en route. Which was nice.

To the right is the oldest public office in Ireland, The Office of Geneology.
Not to be confused with The Office of Gynecology.
In one, they look up your family tree...
