Have you seen that funny advert with the guys in the bank? "Sorry, New customers only!"
Sky+ is available for £99 + free installation to new customers, but for existing customers Sky+ is £200 + £60 installation!! Can I have the £99 offer? No! New customers only!
Having explained to numerous customer services staff that we've been a Sky customer for over 3 years, and pay over £35/month on movies etc. they generously offer to waive the installation fee if we take out multiroom for an extra £10/month which would cost us £60 more (and we'd be committed to having it for a full year) Ooo ooo, thank you!! No, no, really!
Its nice to know that Sky value their existing customers as much as their new ones!
We'veeven offered to cancel our subscription so that we can benefit from the new offer, but oh no! We would have to pay a re-connection fine!!!Come on Sky! Sort it out!
