30 Years OldAbigail's ChristeningAbigail's Christening
I have just stummbled across two great new podcasts which I am enoying very much - and I like to share!

Blues...
The Roadhouse is a weekly 1 hour podcast showcasing great Blues tunes. A significant corner of my CD collection is devoted to blues, but I had forgotten all about it - until now. Our host, Mr Tony Steidler-Dennison does a brilliant job, I am really enjoyed these podcasts and I have only scratched the surface, I have a backlog of 60+ episodes to go at!

...and News
If you're a news boffin like me but would rather have an efficient concentrated hit, the BBC condenses an entire week's worth of Newsnight (RSS) goodbits into a weekly half hour podcast - ideal for a pensive ride home. This is MC'd by Jeremey Paxman in his inimitable style. This is yet another high-tech wonder from the BBC, I am majorly impressed with their bang up-to-date strategies - IMHO the telly license is really good value for money!

Thanks, very much, Tim. That hour a week is certainly my pleasure. I'm glad you found the show and hope you'll keep listening.

Hi Tim - thanks for the recommendation - we're trying very hard to keep up with the new technology. We're hoping to launch a Vodcast of Newsnight as well very soon ...

It's definitely a case of "no, no, thank you!"
