Clare ran the Race For Life 5K fun run in 30 minutes! Well done baby!

4th Wedding Anniversary
We had a great dinner at De Vere's.

Cocktails
Dave and Michelle came round for some cocktails, which was nice.
Quick Work Trip to London
There and back in a day. Amazing. I got the train from Poulton at 2:30 and was in Euston at 5:15. It was a meeting over dinner at Smolensky's followed by a trip home again. Back just before midnight covering 200 pages of The Davinci Code. I was able to steal five minutes to take some photos at the Embankment including The Gerkin and Shell Mex House.
